On your next visit to Pat & Oscar’s simply take a copy of this email with you or note your temporary card number, and let a team member know you would like to exchange your temporary card for a physical card.

They will complete this transaction at the restaurant, and all your registration data will automatically transfer over to the physical card and you will be all set to start earning and redeeming your rewards.
